REO-USA, Inc. has an in-house service department for the service/repair of faulty/non-functioning REOVIB Products.

If you think you may need a repair, the first step is always to talk to one of our application engineers. They have a great deal of experience and knowledge and do an excellent job of verifying if a repair is necessary or determining which component in a system is faulty. This reduces cost and increases efficiency for both you and us. When a problem is identified, we'll issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that you can use for returning the product for evaluation an repair.

REO provides more than just the products you ordered. We are also happy to share with you and your staff our expertise in the appropriate technology and provide tailored practical trainings at your company.

REO-USA, Inc. now offers REOVIB Training, provided at your facility, for REOVIB thyristor and variable frequency controls. The REOVIB Training has been proven to:

  • Minimize downtime when issues arise
  • Teach proper Preventative maintenance
  • Recommend proper installation procedures
  • Present new and existing REOVIB products
  • Provide quality applications support
