A range of half/full wave controllers with a digital display and keypad. Available as single or multi-channel versions - ideal for bowl and track applications because there is no need for external wiring or interlocking.

 

The REOVIB MTS 440

The REOVIB MTS 440 is a single output controller for operating bowl, linear or hopper feeders. It can be adapted for half or full-wave output, 50/100 Hz (50 Hz supply) or 60/120 Hz (60 Hz supply). The MTS 440 is rated for a load of up to 10A. The setpoint for the feeder throughput and all parameters are adjusted by using the keypad in the front panel. User and factory settings can be stored and recalled. Track sensor control is integrated for 24 V PNP sensors with light/dark operate and timing delays. There is a 24 V solenoid output an enable input and a status output which can be used for interlocking with other controllers. The unit can also be set up for use with a single-phase AC motor. The MTS 440 is fitted with a power switch, an input power supply lead, an output sockets and connectors for control signals. An integrated fuse provides short circuit protection for the internal semiconductors.

The REOVIB MTS 442 is a dual output controller that can be used with bowl/hopper or bowl/inline feeders. It can be adapted for either half or full wave output, 50/100 Hz (50 Hz supply) or 60/120 Hz (100 Hz supply). The interactions of the two outputs are controlled internally and independently. The setpoint for the feeder throughput and all parameters are adjusted by using the keypad in the front panel. User and factory settings can be stored and recalled. Track sensor control is provided for each channel. If two sensors are used, it is possible to set up logic interlocks. There is a 24V solenoid output and each output has an enable input and a status output which can be used for interlocking with other controllers. The unit can also be set up for use with a single-phase AC motor. The MTS 442 is fitted with a power switch, a power supply lead, (2) output sockets for connecting the feeder and control signals. An on integrated fuse provides short circuit protection for the internal semiconductors.

It can be adapted for either half or full wave output, 50/100 Hz (50 Hz supply) or 60/120 Hz (100 Hz supply). The interactions of the three outputs are controlled internally and independently. The setpoint for the feeder throughput and all parameters are adjusted by using the keypad in the front panel and text display. User and factory settings can be stored and recalled.
