Desription |
![]() ID# 605002 |
The REOVIB 6050 test set is a microprocessor controlled service unit for adjusting output power and determining the resonant frequencies of a vibratory feeder. The unit consists of a frequency converter for operating the vibratory feeder, and an electronics module for measuring and displaying the oscillation frequencies. All operating controls are mounted conveniently in the unit's front panel. The unit generates a frequency with a range of 35...140 Hz that serves to operate a vibratory feeder. The best operating frequency can either be adjusted manually or automatically by means of an amplitude sensor and the integrated optimum frequency search function. The analog meter displays the RMS value of the electromagnet's operating current. The digital indicator provides a permanent display of vibration frequency or output voltage in percent. |
