  • REOVIB 513

    IP 00, for DIN rail mounting

    REOVIB 513
    • Input voltage: 110 V, 230 V

    The REOVIB 513 track control module is used for regulating the storage of products on a track. It can be used with nearly all conventional proximity, (active) photoelectric, and Namur type sensors.
    A selector switch in the front panel permits adaptation to the sensor characteristics (PNP/NPN output). Trimmers in the front panel provide adjustment of the On/Off switching delays within a range of 0.5....15 secs. The sensor state (damped or undamped) and also the enable input state (On/Off) state both have LED indicators. In addition a relay with changeover contacts, brought out to terminals, switches at the same time as the enable output.
    Fixings are provided for DIN rail mounting according to EN 50022-35.


    The equipment is available in IP 20 with 2 variations (Input voltage: 115V or 230 V):

  • REOVIB 514

    IP 20, for DIN rail mounting

    REOVIB 514
    • Input voltage: 110 V, 230 V
    • Output voltage: 20...105 V, 40...210 V V
    • Output Current: max. 6 A

    The REOVIB 514 is designed for controlling bowl or linear feeders up to 6 A current rating. The output frequency 50Hz/100Hz (60Hz/120Hz) is selected to suit the feeder. In the regulation circuit there is built-in compensation for mains variations.
    The feed rate setpoint can be derived from a potentiometer, a voltage signal 0...+10 VDC or a current signal 0...20 mA. The setpoint range can be linearised by means of two trimmers Umin/Umax. Furthermore, an enable input is provided for start/stop operation and there is a control input for use with a track control module (REOVIB 513).
    Fixings are provided for DIN rail mounting according to DIN EN 50022-35. .


    The equipment is available in IP 20 with 2 variations (Input voltage: 115V or 230 V):
    - used with systems that have track control.

  • REOVIB 509

    REOVIB 509
    • Input voltage: 110 V, 230 V, 400 V
    • Output voltage: 20...105 V, 40...210 V, 60...360 V
    • Output Current: max. 15 A

    The REOVIB 509 is designed for controlling bowl or linear feeders up to 15 A current rating. The output frequency 50Hz/100Hz (60Hz/120Hz) is selected to suit the feeder. In the regulation circuit there is built-in compensation for mains variations.
    The feed rate setpoint can be derived from a potentiometer, a voltage signal 0...+10 VDC or a current signal 0...20 mA.
    The setpoint range can be linearized by means of two trimmers Umin/Umax. Furthermore, an enable input is provided for start/stop operation and there is a control input for use with a track control module (REOVIB 513).

  • REOVIB MTS 443/443 LCD

    IP 54, Three-channel control

    REOVIB MTS 443/443 LCD
    • Output voltage: 20 - 100 / 40 - 210 V
    • Output Current: max 15 A, LCD version max 10 A
    • Input voltage auto detect: 110 - 230 V

    The REOVIB MTS 443 control device has three power outputs that can be linked according to the application requirements (e.g. hopper, bowl and linear conveyors). Various sensor and valve logic can also be programmed. All parameters can be input via a display integrated into the faceplate. Application-specific settings can be stored and retrieved when required.


    The equipment is available in a standalone IP54 housing with various connection options:
    - Input cable/output socket
    - Complete cable connection solution for mains, output and control connections


    REOVIB MTS 443-LCD 


    Same design as MTS 443, but with LCD display.


    The full-text display in various languages makes programming and adjustment easy and intuitive. Important status indications and settings can easily be input and retrieved.

    REOVIB Combination units
    • Output voltage: 0 - 100 / 0 - 205 V
    • Input voltage auto detect: 110 / 230 V

    The COMBI unit is a system including frequency controllers for operating a bowl feeder and (1) or (2) thyristor controllers for operating a hopper or / and inline feeder mounted on a back plate.

    The frequency controller for the bowl feeder generates an output frequency to drive the feeder at resonance so mechanical tuning of the springs is not required. The feeder will also run quieter because of the sinusoidal output signal.
