  • REOVIB SWM 4000

    Handheld measuring instrument for vibratory conveyor equipment

    REOVIB SWM 4000
    • Frequency range: 6...600 Hz
    • Measurement signal: 0.2...100 mV/g

    Reliable and accurate instrument for the installation, testing and servicing of
    vibratory conveyor equipment. This unit supersedes REO‘s popular SMW3000 unit and incorporates many new features.

    IP 54, for standalone application

    REOVIB ATS 100
    • Input voltage: 110 / 230 V
    • Output voltage: 20…100 / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 15 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    REOVIB ATS 100 devices are available in an IP 54 housing with output currents up to 15 A and are listed by UL.

  • REOVIB ATS 110

    IP 54, for standalone application

    REOVIB ATS 110
    • Input voltage: 110 / 230 V
    • Output voltage: 20…100 / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 15 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    REOVIB ATS 110 devices are electronic control units with output currents up to 15 A for stepless adjustment of vibratory feeder throughput. The control units are suitable for feeders with a vibrating frequency of 60 Hz (50 Hz) and 120 Hz (100 Hz).
    The potentiometer can be used to set the feed rate from 10...100%, it´s also possible to reduce the range of output voltage by using the internal Umin and Umax trimmers. The Track-control operate with a PNP track-sensor that calls for product when the level is low and this causes the feeder to switch on and off after preset timedelays (t-on, t-off) have elapsed.

    IP 54, for standalone application, dual output

    REOVIB ATS 200
    • Input voltage: 110 / 230 V
    • Output voltage: 2 x 20…100 / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 12 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    REOVIB ATS 200 devices are available in an IP 54 housing. They have a dual output with max 8 A per output or up to total 12 A.

    REOVIB ATS 300
    • Input voltage: 110 / 230 V
    • Output voltage: 3 x 20…100 / 40…210 V

    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    REOVIB ATS 300 devices are available in an IP 54 housing. They have a triple output with max 8 A per output or up to total 12 A.

    REOVIB Smart ATS T1
    • Output voltage: 20…100 V / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 6 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    Devices in the REOVIB T1 Smart series are available in various protection classes - as a module for mounting in a switch cabinet IP20 or as a housing design in IP54 for mounting directly on the vibrating machine
    The maximum output current is 6 A.
    The housing designs with protection class IP54 are available as:
    - Input cable/output cable
    - Complete cable connection solution for mains, output and control connections.
