The electromagnetic vibratory feeder or conveyor offers many benefits to conventional conveyor designs and is particularly used for conveying food, pharmaceuticals and aggregate materials.

Whether alignment, collecting, handling, degreasing, dewatering, distribution, lifting, loading, sorting or splitting of the transported material, the vibration feeding system allows the automation of many processing steps in an efficient and precise manner.

  • REOVIB Smart System extension module

    IP 00, DIN rail mounting

    REOVIB Smart System extension module
    • Output voltage: 20…100 V / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 6 A

    REOVIB SMART SYSTEM expansion module in open design for DIN rail mounting. An expansion module has an output channel max. 6A with fill level/overflow control and can be set up together with the basic module and several expansion modules.

    REOVIB SMART SYSTEM basic module in open design for assembly on a DIN rail with an output channel of max. 6A with fill level/overflow control.


    The basic module has a supply for expansion modules, so further output modules up to a total current of 10A can be connected.

    Applications:

    Packaging + weighing industries for handling and sorting processes; automation using drives with vibrating systems.

    The tractive power values given in the table refer to warmed-up condition and 95% of the rated voltage with a reference temperature of 35°C.
    Max. tractive power F = magnetic force with rated air-gap in non-vibrating condition.

    The VA values were determined with rated air-gap in non-vibrating condition and represent a max. limit for the temperature rise according to test arrangement conforming to VDE 0580.

    The compound will be provided in grey with connection over half-wave rectifiers.

  • REOVIB Accelerometers SW

    IP 54, IP 65 - Die-cast aluminum

    REOVIB Accelerometers SW
    • Frequency range: 30 - 150, 10 - 60, 5 - 20 Hz
    • Measurement signal: 100 - 2000 mV/g

    Sensor for measuring accelerations in the range of 0 ... 35 g (frequency dependent). The sensor includes a piezoelectric element with a downstream amplifier acceleration. The accelerations are detected by the piezoelectric element and converted into a voltage proportional to the acceleration.

    The amplifier takes the measurement signal in a form of 100 /150/ 300 /600/ 2,000 mV / g. All components are housed in a robust aluminum housing and completely sealed. The electrical connection is via a 4-wire (or 3 -wire), shielded cable. The shield must be grounded at the signal processing device.

     Applications

    • Control and monitoring of conveyor drives
    • Detection of mechanical vibrations
    • Monitoring of acceleration or braking action
