REOVIB 500 Series Phase-angle controller for vibratory feeders

Thyristor control units for use with vibratory feeder units

The REOVIB 500 range of control units are suitable for powering vibratory feeders which have a mechanical vibrating frequency which the same as, or double that of mains frequency.

The unit is supplied in a simple to install modular housing which is suitable for both DIN rail mounting (EN 50022-35) and back panel mounting.

    The REOVIB 506 is designed for controlling bowl or linear feeders up to 2A current rating. The output frequency 50Hz/100Hz (60Hz/120Hz) is selected to suit the feeder. In the regulation circuit there is built-in compensation for mains variations.
    The feed rate setpoint is derived from a potentiometer and the setpoint range can be linearized by means of two trimmers Umin/Umax. Furthermore, an enable input is provided for start/stop operation.
    Fixings are provided for DIN rail mounting according to EN 50022-35.


    The equipment is available in IP 20 with 2 variations (Input voltage: 115V or 230 V):

    The REOVIB 509 is designed for controlling bowl or linear feeders up to 15 A current rating. The output frequency 50Hz/100Hz (60Hz/120Hz) is selected to suit the feeder. In the regulation circuit there is built-in compensation for mains variations.
    The feed rate setpoint can be derived from a potentiometer, a voltage signal 0...+10 VDC or a current signal 0...20 mA.
    The setpoint range can be linearized by means of two trimmers Umin/Umax. Furthermore, an enable input is provided for start/stop operation and there is a control input for use with a track control module (REOVIB 513).
    Fixings are provided for DIN rail mounting according to EN 50022-35.

    REOVIB 513
    • Input voltage: 110 V, 230 V

    The REOVIB 513 track control module is used for regulating the storage of products on a track. It can be used with nearly all conventional proximity, (active) photoelectric, and Namur type sensors.
    A selector switch in the front panel permits adaptation to the sensor characteristics (PNP/NPN output). Trimmers in the front panel provide adjustment of the On/Off switching delays within a range of 0.5....15 secs. The sensor state (damped or undamped) and also the enable input state (On/Off) state both have LED indicators. In addition a relay with changeover contacts, brought out to terminals, switches at the same time as the enable output.
    Fixings are provided for DIN rail mounting according to EN 50022-35.
