Phase angle control devices for vibratory conveyors

The REOVIB SMART series contains phase angle control devices for use in vibratory conveyor applications.

The devices provide the most important functions for use in vibratory conveyor engineering and they therefore represent a cost-efficient option for controlling vibratory conveyors, and all of this comes in a high-quality design.

  • REOVIB ATS 100

    IP 54, for standalone application

    REOVIB ATS 100
    • Input voltage: 110 / 230 V
    • Output voltage: 20…100 / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 15 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    REOVIB ATS 100 devices are available in an IP 54 housing with output currents up to 15 A and are listed by UL.

  • REOVIB SMART-MIC

    IP 54, for standalone application / IP20, for control cabinet

    REOVIB SMART-MIC
    • Output voltage: 40...210V V
    • Output Current: 6 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    The devices of the REOVIB SMART-MIC series are available in two different protection classes - as control cabinet installation modules in IP20 or as housing version in IP54 for direct mounting on the application. The maximum output current is 6 A.


    The housing variants with protection class IP54 are available in different versions:

    • Completely pluggable with input plug and sensor connector



     


    In addition to the functions and advantages of the REOVIB SMART series, the controller offers mains voltage compensation for constant amplitude and an adjustable soft start ramp time.

    REOVIB ATS 300 devices are available in an IP 54 housing. They have a triple output with max 8 A per output or up to total 12 A.

    IP 54, for standalone application

    REOVIB ATS 110
    • Input voltage: 110 / 230 V
    • Output voltage: 20…100 / 40…210 V
    • Output Current: max. 15 A
    • Input voltage switchable: 110 / 230 V

    REOVIB ATS 110 devices are electronic control units with output currents up to 15 A for stepless adjustment of vibratory feeder throughput. The control units are suitable for feeders with a vibrating frequency of 60 Hz (50 Hz) and 120 Hz (100 Hz).
    The potentiometer can be used to set the feed rate from 10...100%, it´s also possible to reduce the range of output voltage by using the internal Umin and Umax trimmers. The Track-control operate with a PNP track-sensor that calls for product when the level is low and this causes the feeder to switch on and off after preset timedelays (t-on, t-off) have elapsed.

    Devices in the REOVIB T1 Smart series are available in various protection classes - as a module for mounting in a switch cabinet IP20 or as a housing design in IP54 for mounting directly on the vibrating machine
    The maximum output current is 6 A.
    The housing designs with protection class IP54 are available as:

    - Complete cable connection solution for mains, output and control connections.
