REO-USA, Inc. has an in-house service department for service/repair of faulty/non-functioning REOVIB Products.
If you think you may need a repair, the first step is always to talk to one of our application engineers. They have a great deal of experience and knowledge and do an excellent job of verifying if a repair is necessary or determining which component in a system is faulty. This reduces cost and increases efficiency for both you and us. When a problem is identified, you can send in your device for evaluation and repair. For returning the product for evaluation an repair it is mandatory to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Therefore please register and login at our Service Portal page reo-usa-service.com and send a new RMA request to obtain a RMA number..
